I read that both you and manually ran the setup.bat script, however this should not be necessary as the setup.bat script is already run by the activation process of the environment. Furthermore, to understand if there is anything that is interfering with your environment, it would be useful to know the output of set command in the command prompt terminal with the gazebo environment enabled.Thanks for the useful feedback! I personally think that any feedback is useful, until gazebo runs easily on Windows.
